PhD Programs in Health Care in Central America and Caribbean 2021
The PhD is a doctoral degree, specifically called a "doctor of philosophy" degree. This is misleading because PhD holders are not necessarily philosophers (unless they earned their degree in philosophy!). That said, PhD recipients are able to engage in thought experiments, reason about problems, and solve problems in sophisticated ways.
As for the educational organizations of Central America, they are improving. Many American colleges and universities run foreign classes in Central America and the Caribbeans, and they are consistently among the most popular ones. And even if the full-time learning by Americans has not been traditionally admitted, it is certainly gaining in this regard.
